I’ll probably be a gambler until the day I die. It’s in my blood and I love it but not everyone feels the way I do about the excitement of laying it all on the line. And that’s OK if they don’t. As an advocate for recreational gambling, I understand why many people don’t find casino gambling that great but I certainly understand the excitement of non-stop action that millions of gamblers feel as well!

Casino gambling is going to be around indefinitely and thank goodness for small miracles because this means that there will continue to be great opportunities for gamblers throughout the world. Casinos are not the moral demise of the world but instead, the backbone of it and look at how many people have profited from the mainstay of casinos. Yet, there are always going to be complainers wherever you go and casinos are not exempt from the likelihood of ill feelings toward the idea or concept of casino gambling.

Not everyone will ever have the opportunity to experience the feeling of being a big winner and not everyone will ever be able to scream and yell about their fabulous wins on craps or their jackpot win on the slots but I will and many others like me will. And because I have been a winner, I’ll never be anything else in my mind when I’m in a casino and neither will the thousands of other winners whether they’ve won once, a few times or every time they have been in a casino. Why? Maybe because it’s an experience you never forget.

Still, even though I can praise casino gambling until the cows tip over, there are those who are blatantly against and everything about them and there are those who are casino patrons only because their significant other or their friends drag them in and out of casinos. Unfortunately, these people are the individuals who you may encounter when you are playing at a casino game of your choice. They may jump in and out of your blackjack game certain to mess up any ‘run’ you may have going and the whole time they are cursing the idea of gambling under their breath. They can’t win. They don’t think they can win. And the best thing for you to do is to ignore them and preferably, refuse to play at the same table because they can destroy your game if you stay and play with all of that negative energy.

If you are one of these people who tag along to be with your friends while they gamble but you don’t have any real interest in gambling, then here’s a side note for you. If you can’t win when you play and you don’t enjoy playing, then save your money and walk away. It’s important to remember when tagging along to casino destinations that casino gambling is for recreation and if you don’t enjoy gambling, there are so many other activities at most casino resorts for you to enjoy.

Don’t ruin the fun for someone else just because you don’t enjoy hearing the cha-ching sound of the slot machines or the dealers screaming, “Pay the line and take the donts!” While that’s music to my ears and many other gambling ears, it may not do anything for you at all and if that’s the case, you are certainly in the wrong place.

Casino gambling is great fun for those who believe in it for recreational purposes but a nightmare for those who worry about the money they are spending. It’s a great place for winners to win and for losers to still walk away with a grin knowing they had a fabulous time gambling!
